Mixed ability Pilates

  • Taking the key principles and challenging you further
  • Also available to attend online
  • Using Thera-bands and Pilates balls
  • Requires a good understanding of Pilates

Mon 8.15pm

Restorative Pilates

  • 45 minute classes
  • Online
  • Focuses on deep stretches and myofascial release
  • Relieves tension and improves mobility, posture and overall function of the body
  • Can be used to complement any training program or as a standalone class

Friday 9.00 – 10am

Pilates for Menopause

  • Limited class size
  • Focus on pelvic floor and core
  • Incorporates release work to address joint pain.
  • Corrects postural alignment
  • Strengthen and tone your body
  • Work on co-ordination to help improve brain fog
