Your questions, answered

I am a Level 4 Fitness Instructor and a highly qualified Pilates Instructor. I’m also a specialist in Exercise Correction. I take pride in my continued professional development, ensuring I keep up to date with the latest practices and theories. My most recent achievement is adding Pink Ribbon Rehab Pilates training to my portfolio of skills, allowing me to help clients in recovery and treatment to safely regain movement and flexibility.

Time is taken from the start to do a complete history, understand your schedule and life commitments, health conditions and any other factors which may impact your ability to exercise. My expertise in cardiac care, combined with my Level 4 fitness instructor qualifications and extensive Pilates and Rehab training, mean you can be confident your program will push you in a safe way.

In short, it’s flexible! Part of the pre-training assessment is to ascertain what style you respond best to – do you work best under pressure or do you work better with a gentler approach? Ultimately my job is to improve your health, stamina, flexibility, strength and overall wellness and I’ll adjust my style to ensure you get the best results – but I will always be encouraging and aim to motivate you to achieve your goals.

We will agree regular review periods to check general fitness markers (weight, blood pressure, BMI – whatever links to your personal goals). But your progress will be visible through your ability to do increased reps, use heavier weights, run longer or whatever goals we have developed together.

We need a min of 24 hours notice for cancellation and we’ll do our utmost to get you booked in at a new time that suits. Cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 50% session charge. Cancellation with less than 12 hours notice will incur a full session.
